This policy explains what information the Lumi Toolkit app (“Lumi”, “the app”) and the website lumitoolkit.com handle. “We” and “us” refer to the developer of Lumi Toolkit, as shown on the App Store. The short version: the app does not collect any data about you.
The app
No data collection. Lumi does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs in the app.
No permissions. Lumi does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, location or contacts. The flashlight is controlled through the system flashlight interface, not the camera.
Stored on your device only. Your settings, saved scenes, colors, LED text history and weekly free-time usage are stored locally on your iPhone and shared only with Lumi’s own widgets on the same device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, this data may be included in that backup, which is handled by Apple.
No internet connection. The app works fully offline. It only connects to the internet when you make or restore a purchase (handled by Apple), or when you choose to open a web page or write us an email.
Purchases. Lumi Pro is sold through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple on your device.
Contacting us
If you email us at support@think-rethink.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. When you use “Contact Us” in the app, the email is pre-filled with the app version, iOS version and device model to help us solve your problem; you can delete these before sending. We use this information only to reply to you, do not share it, and will delete your emails on request.
The website
lumitoolkit.com is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated visitor numbers. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not identify individual visitors.
The website sets one cookie, lang, only when you choose a language, so we can show the site in that language next time. It contains nothing else.
Children
Lumi is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Since we do not hold personal data from the app, there is nothing to access, export or delete on our side. For emails you have sent us, you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
